Key Responsibilities
* Source candidates through job portals such as Indeed, Apna, WorkIndia, and social media. * Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates. * Contact candidates and schedule interviews. * Conduct initial HR telephonic interviews. * Maintain daily recruitment trackers and update candidate status. * Follow up with selected candidates regarding joining. * Prepare offer letters, interview schedules, and other HR documents. * Maintain employee records and digital documentation. * Update HR reports, recruitment dashboards, and Excel sheets. * Assist in onboarding activities and document collection. * Perform other HR\-related tasks assigned by the HR Manager.
Required Skills
* Good communication skills in English and Hindi (Marathi is an added advantage). * Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets. * Good interpersonal and organizational skills. * Ability to work independently from home. * Willingness to learn HR processes and recruitment.
Eligibility
* Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. * Freshers are welcome to apply.
Work Requirements
* Must have a laptop/computer and a stable internet connection. * Must be available during working hours for calls and coordination.
Pay: Up to ₹5,000\.00 per month
