Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise remote B2B sales teams.
- Assign leads, distribute tasks, and monitor performance.
- Manage CRM systems and sales pipelines.
- Set KPIs, track sales targets, and measure revenue.
- Evaluate employee productivity and accountability.
- Coordinate with Marketing and Lead Generation teams.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, CRM, and team management.
- Proven experience managing remote sales teams.
- Strong knowledge of SaaS, B2B, ERP, or FinTech sales.
- Expertise in HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or Salesforce.
- Excellent English communication and leadership skills.
- UAE/GCC market experience preferred.
