Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail\-oriented Entry\-Level Business Analyst to join our real estate team. The candidate will support business operations by analyzing market data, property performance, sales trends, and customer requirements to improve decision\-making and business processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Collect, analyze, and interpret real estate market data, including property prices, sales trends, and customer preferences. * Prepare reports and dashboards on property sales, inventory, and business performance. * Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from sales, marketing, and operations teams. * Analyze business processes and recommend improvements to increase operational efficiency. * Support the development and implementation of CRM and property management systems. * Monitor project performance, budgets, and timelines for real estate developments. * Conduct competitor and market research to identify business opportunities. * Assist in forecasting sales, revenue, and market demand. * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and project management. * Prepare presentations and business reports for management and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, Economics, Real Estate Management, or a related field. * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills. * Excellent communication and presentation skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. * Basic understanding of real estate concepts, property markets, and business operations. * Ability to analyze data and prepare reports. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills
* Knowledge of CRM software and ERP systems. * Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau. * Basic knowledge of SQL and data analysis techniques. * Understanding of real estate market trends and property valuation concepts. * Internship or project experience in real estate, business analysis, or market research.
