To support our growing pipeline of commercial, civil, and industrial projects, we are looking for a dual\-threat **Estimator / Project Manager** to join our Perth\-based team.

**The Role**

This is a dynamic, high\-impact role where you will own your projects from **cradle to grave**. You will split your time between securing new opportunities through accurate cost planning/tendering and driving project delivery safely, on time, and within budget on\-site.

**Key Responsibilities:**

· **Estimating \& Tendering:** Review project documentation, perform detailed take\-offs, secure subcontractor quotes, and compile highly competitive, accurate tenders for demolition and hazardous remediation works.

· **Project Delivery:** Oversee site operations, coordinate site supervisors and subcontractors, and manage project schedules to ensure client specifications are met.

· **Client \& Stakeholder Management:** Serve as the primary point of contact for builders, developers, government bodies, and commercial property owners.

· **Compliance \& Safety:** Ensure all works are executed in strict accordance with WorkSafe WA, environmental legislation, and Savana’s rigorous safety protocols.

· **Financial Control:** Manage project variations, progress claims, and budget tracking to maximize project profitability.

**What We Are Looking For**

We need a proactive professional who is equally comfortable behind an estimating spreadsheet as they are managing crews on a busy commercial demolition site.

· **Industry Experience:** Minimum 2 years of experience in estimating and/or project management, specifically within **demolition, remediation, asbestos removal, civil works, or commercial construction**.

· **Licensing:** A valid WA Manual Driver’s License and Construction White Card are mandatory.

· **Soft Skills:** Excellent negotiation skills, sharp commercial acumen, and the ability to lead diverse teams under tight project timelines.
