How You Will Make an Impact What you’ll master (Requirements & Solution Design): Own the intake and translation of business requests into clearly defined, actionable requirements. Partner directly with stakeholders to understand needs, ask the right questions, and design scalable, well-structured solutions. Where you’ll lead (Project Ownership & Execution): Independently manage mid-sized Salesforce and RevOps projects from intake through delivery. Drive clarity, maintain momentum, and ensure projects are completed on time with strong stakeholder alignment. The legacy you’ll leave (Systems Optimization & Data Integrity): Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes, data quality, and system design.
