**Contact: talentacquisition@sbshr.com / 7397725556** **Position:** Finance Executive / Senior Finance Executive **Location:** Vashi (Head Office) **Qualification:** B.Com / Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field **Experience:** 2–4 Years **Salary:** Up to ₹28,000 per month

**Key Responsibilities**

* Reconcile EMI and loan accounts with company cash flow statements. * Prepare and maintain asset\-wise loan statements for internal and external reporting. * Process and manage G\&A (General \& Administrative) expense\-related Purchase Orders (POs). * Track and maintain fixed asset records and asset registers on a monthly basis. * Manage sale and rental asset billing activities and related PO documentation. * Prepare Bills of Entry (BOEs) and support import\-related documentation and compliance. * Generate and maintain item codes in Oracle ERP for procurement and inventory management. * Assist in financial reporting, documentation, and reconciliation activities. * Support management with ad hoc financial and operational assignments.

**Required Skills**

* Strong understanding of accounting and finance principles. * Experience in account reconciliations and financial documentation. * Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools. * Hands\-on experience with ERP systems (Oracle ERP preferred). * Strong attention to detail and accuracy. * Good organizational and time\-management skills. * Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast\-paced environment. * Effective communication and coordination skills.

**Preferred Skills**

* Experience in asset accounting and loan account management. * Knowledge of import documentation and Bills of Entry (BOE). * Exposure to procurement and purchase order processes.
