**Key Responsibilities**
* Process and manage monthly payroll activities accurately and on time. * Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, and other labor laws. * Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and compliance reports. * Coordinate employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities. * Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs. * Liaise with external vendors and consultants for payroll and compliance\-related activities. * Support audits and ensure timely submission of statutory returns. * Address employee queries related to payroll, benefits, and HR policies. * Assist in HR operations, employee engagement, and administrative activities. * Prepare HR reports and MIS as required by management.
**Required Skills**
* Experience in Payroll Processing and Statutory Compliance. * Knowledge of PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity, and labor law compliance. * Good understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle management. * Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS/Payroll software. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Good analytical and problem\-solving abilities. * Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
**Preferred Skills**
* Experience in handling end\-to\-end payroll. * Exposure to compliance audits and statutory filings. * Knowledge of HRMS tools and HR reporting.
