Position: HR Payroll and Compliance Location: Turbhe, Navi Mumbai (Head Office) Experience: 1–2 Years Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000
Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage monthly payroll activities accurately and on time.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, and other labor laws.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and compliance reports.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs.
- Liaise with external vendors and consultants for payroll and compliance-related activities.
- Support audits and ensure timely submission of statutory returns.
- Address employee queries related to payroll, benefits, and HR policies.
- Assist in HR operations, employee engagement, and administrative activities.
- Prepare HR reports and MIS as required by management.
Required Skills
- Experience in Payroll Processing and Statutory Compliance.
- Knowledge of PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity, and labor law compliance.
- Good understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS/Payroll software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in handling end-to-end payroll.
- Exposure to compliance audits and statutory filings.
- Knowledge of HRMS tools and HR reporting.
