Role Overview
As a UX Researcher at Scalepex, you will play a pivotal role in understanding user behaviors, needs, and motivations through various research methodologies. Your insights will directly influence product design and strategy, ensuring that our solutions are user-centric and effective.
Key Responsibilities
- Research Planning & Execution: Design and conduct qualitative and quantitative user research studies, including interviews, surveys, usability tests, and field studies.
- Data Analysis: Analyze research data to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with designers, product managers, and engineers to integrate user insights into product development.
- Reporting: Present research findings to stakeholders through clear and compelling reports and presentations.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest UX research trends, tools, and methodologies to enhance research practices.
Requirements
Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in UX research.
