Job Summary
Responsible for developing and improving prepress quality management systems to ensure high-quality printing across packaging production processes. Drive color management, innovative printing projects, and process improvements to enhance printing quality, production efficiency, and competitiveness.
Job Description
- Develop and implement standardized prepress processes and quality control systems to ensure consistent, high-quality printing results.
- Establish and improve color management systems to maintain color accuracy and consistency across different printing technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance printing quality, visual appearance, and product differentiation.
- Manage innovative printing product development projects, including Preprint, Offset, and Digital Printing technologies.
- Apply advanced technologies, graphic software, and workflow management systems to improve prepress efficiency and productivity.
- Work closely with production teams to optimize printing processes, reduce errors, and resolve technical issues related to prepress operations.
- Provide technical consultation and support on prepress processes and packaging printing technologies.
- Research and evaluate emerging printing technologies to support continuous improvement and innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Bachelor GPA > 2.70, Master GPA > 3.30).
- 3–6 years of experience in manufacturing maintenance, electrical engineering, or related industrial fields.
- Strong knowledge of rotating equipment, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Knowledge of TPM, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Lean Manufacturing, and Preventive Maintenance.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office; knowledge of SAP PM or CMMS is an advantage.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, project management, and communication skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Good command of English in verbal and written communication (TOEIC > 550).
