Job Title: AI Automation Trainer – Generative AI & Workflow AutomationJob Description
We are looking for an experienced and passionate AI Automation Trainer to deliver practical, industry-oriented training on Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI tools, and business process automation.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in AI tools, workflow automation, AI agents, and no-code/low-code automation platforms. The trainer should be capable of teaching beginners and working professionals through real-time projects and practical use cases.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver training on Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI concepts.
- Teach practical applications of ChatGPT, Claude, Google Gemini and other AI tools.
- Train students on workflow automation using n8n, Make.com and Zapier.
- Explain AI-powered business process automation.
- Teach AI agents, agentic AI and intelligent workflow development.
- Provide hands-on training on API integration and third-party application connectivity.
- Demonstrate automation using webhooks, APIs and data integration.
- Guide students in building AI chatbots and AI assistants.
- Teach practical automation projects for HR, Finance, Sales, Marketing and Operations.
- Provide real-time industry use cases, assignments and project guidance.
- Prepare students for AI Automation job roles and interviews.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong practical knowledge of AI and Generative AI.
- Hands-on experience with ChatGPT, Claude and Google Gemini.
- Experience with n8n, Make.com or Zapier automation platforms.
- Knowledge of AI agents and LLM-based applications.
- Understanding of APIs, webhooks and workflow integrations.
- Basic knowledge of Python is an added advantage.
- Experience in building AI chatbots and automated business workflows.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Previous training or mentoring experience is preferred.
