Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, process, and analyze data to generate actionable business insights and support data-driven decision-making.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to monitor business and operational performance.
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes through data analytics, AI implementation, and workflow automation.
- Develop and maintain internal web-based tools and applications to support business and operational needs.
- Build AI-powered solutions by integrating existing AI tools, models, and APIs into internal applications.
- Integrate data, databases, and APIs to support internal applications and automation.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into practical technical solutions.
- Perform testing, monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of internal applications and AI-based solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Informatics Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in Data Analytics, Software Development, or a related role. Fresh graduates with relevant projects or portfolios are welcome to apply.
- Proficient in SQL and Python for data processing, analysis, and automation.
- Familiar with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio.
- Basic understanding of web development and database management.
- Familiarity with web development frameworks (e.g., React, Next.js, Node.js, Flask, or FastAPI), AI API integration, and workflow automation tools such as n8n is a plus.
- Able to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Willing to work under a hybrid arrangement across our Cirendeu and Daan Mogot offices.
