Brief Description
Royal Selangor is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented T&D Engineering Intern to join the New Product Development (NPD/T&D) team. This role provides practical experience in technical project execution, where the intern will work alongside engineers on day-to-day activities, perform engineering tests and analysis, and assist in technical documentation and data collection. The position is ideal for undergraduate or master's degree students in Mechanical Engineering who are eager to apply their academic foundation to practical technical challenges.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist engineers in executing day-to-day technical projects.
- Conduct product and material testing and perform technical analysis.
- Collect, organize, and analyze engineering data for reporting.
- Contribute to technical documentation and maintain accurate project records.
Requirements
- Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Engineering.
- Academic Background: Mechanical Engineering background.
- Experience Level: 0 years required (open to current students seeking an internship placement).
- Basic or foundational knowledge in Material Science.
- Familiarity with technical drawings / CAD.
- Well-organized, systematic, and possesses strong analytical skills.
- Hardworking, flexible, and adaptable to team requirements.
- Keen interest and proactive attitude toward learning new skills and knowledge.
Pay: RM700.00 - RM800.00 per month
