We're looking for a highly organised, customer\-focused, and proactive individual who thrives in a fast\-paced environment and enjoys building relationships with customers, dealers, funders, and internal teams to deliver an exceptional leasing experience.

**What You'll Do**

* Manage customer orders from delivery authorisation through to successful vehicle delivery * Proactively obtain delivery updates from dealers and ensure CRM records are accurate and up to date * Secure and coordinate vehicle delivery dates with dealers and customers * Communicate delivery delays, vehicle issues, and updates to relevant internal teams * Assist customers with Letters of Authority (LOAs), ensuring documentation is processed correctly and in line with company procedures * Maintain delivery forecasts, dashboards, inboxes, and operational reports * Support dealer finance processes by obtaining agreements and documentation in a timely manner * Review and process finance agreements, ensuring compliance with signing instructions and funder requirements * Manage portal systems including LeaseLink, Fleet Procure, and manufacturer platforms * Handle customer and dealer queries professionally and efficiently * Conduct customer welcome calls and provide updates throughout the delivery journey * Support operational targets by reducing inbound delivery queries through proactive communication * Build strong working relationships with dealers, funders, customers, and internal departments * Ensure all activities are completed in line with FCA regulations, company policies, and compliance standards

**What We're Looking For**

* Previous experience within customer service, sales support, operations, or administration * Experience working in a fast\-paced, high\-volume environment * Ideally experience within vehicle leasing, automotive, fleet, finance, or transport industries * Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Confident using Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel, and Word * Previous experience using CRM systems * A proactive, positive, and customer\-focused approach * Strong problem\-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities * Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines * A team player who enjoys working collaboratively towards shared goals
