Job Summary
As a Senior Advisory Consultant, you’ll help clients solve complex business challenges and turn strategic plans into practical results. You’ll lead analysis, guide technology and organizational change initiatives, and collaborate across teams to improve how work gets done. Your impact: By translating client needs into clear, actionable recommendations, you help leaders make informed decisions and teams adopt solutions that support lasting improvement.
Responsibilities
- Lead management consulting engagements, including strategic planning, business analysis, research, and data analysis.
- Manage technology project delivery and enterprise solutions implementation, coordinating scope, timelines, stakeholders, and risks.
- Assess current operations through process mapping and analysis; recommend process improvement and lean management approaches.
- Guide change management and large-scale organizational change management efforts, supporting communication, adoption, and implementation.
- Build client relationships, communicate findings to executives, lead teams, and contribute to business development.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in management consulting, business consulting, or a consulting firm; project management experience in technology is preferred.
- Strong project management, strategic planning, business analysis, data analysis, and research skills.
- Experience with process improvement, process mapping, lean management, enterprise solutions implementation, and change management is an asset.
- Skilled in cross-functional collaboration, team leadership, client communication, and verbal communication with executives.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; able to organize complex information and present clear recommendations.
Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
