Job Summary
Echo EU Business & Digital Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior European Business Development Manager to drive business growth, strategic partnerships, and client acquisition across UK and European markets.
The successful candidate will identify commercial opportunities, develop relationships with senior decision-makers, and work with internal teams to expand the company’s business and digital solutions portfolio.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute business development strategies across UK and European markets
- Identify new clients, markets, partnerships, and commercial opportunities
- Build relationships with senior executives, business partners, and key stakeholders
- Manage the business development pipeline from prospecting through contract negotiation
- Prepare proposals, presentations, tenders, and commercial offers
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, partnership terms, and commercial agreements
- Work with marketing, technology, operations, and commercial teams
- Research European markets, competitors, customer needs, and industry trends
- Represent the company at business meetings, conferences, and industry events
- Monitor sales pipelines, revenue targets, forecasts, and business-development KPIs
Requirements
- Experience in business development, B2B sales, partnerships, consulting, or commercial management
- Experience developing business across UK or European markets
- Strong commercial, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills
- Experience managing senior-level client and stakeholder relationships
- Ability to identify opportunities and develop effective commercial proposals
- Strong understanding of sales pipelines and revenue-growth strategies
- Experience in technology, digital services, consulting, or business solutions is advantageous
- Relevant qualification or equivalent professional experience is preferred
