Role Description
As a Senior Frontend Developer, you’ll design, build, and maintain user-facing features for web applications that support financial inclusion. You’ll turn product requirements and UI/UX designs into high-quality, responsive, accessible interfaces, ensuring reliable performance across devices and browsers.
You’ll work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to shape technical solutions, refine user journeys, and integrate frontend components with APIs and backend services. You’ll also review code, mentor teammates, and help improve frontend architecture, tooling, and engineering practices.
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Hyderabad, with flexibility to work from home in line with business needs.
Qualifications
- 5–8 years of experience in frontend development, including strong skills in ReactJS and responsive web design.
- Proven ability to build intuitive, high-quality user interfaces and translate designs and product requirements into effective web experiences.
- Strong web and software development fundamentals, including clean code, testing, and performance optimization.
- Foundational backend development knowledge, with experience integrating APIs, understanding data flows, and collaborating with backend teams.
- Experience with Git, build tools, and CI/CD pipelines to support reliable frontend delivery.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and experience working in agile, cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with security best practices and accessibility standards; experience with fintech or financial products is a plus.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience—is preferred.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
