Department: Creative & Digital Marketing Location: Phoenix, Arizona Employment Type: Full-time Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager who can turn business priorities into marketing plans and keep campaigns moving from the initial brief through to the final results.
You will work across creative and digital marketing, coordinating campaign delivery, reviewing performance, and deciding where time and budget should be spent. Part of the role involves working with creative teams to produce effective marketing materials. The other part is understanding the numbers, spotting what needs to change, and making sure the team follows through.
This position suits someone who can manage projects without losing sight of the details, communicate clearly with colleagues, and make sensible decisions when priorities compete.
What You'll Be Responsible For
- Plan and manage marketing campaigns across relevant digital channels and creative projects.
- Set campaign schedules, budgets, objectives, and measures of success.
- Coordinate designers, content writers, digital marketers, and other team members involved in campaign delivery.
- Review campaign performance and identify where targeting, messaging, or spending needs to change.
- Use marketing reports and analytics to understand audience behaviour, campaign results, and conversion performance.
- Monitor marketing expenditure and report differences between planned and actual spending.
- Work with creative teams to ensure that advertising materials and campaign content follow the approved brief.
- Oversee campaign activity across channels such as paid advertising, email, social media, and website content, according to business needs.
- Present campaign results and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
- Manage deadlines, review completed work, and address delays that could affect campaign delivery.
- Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes, reporting, and the use of available resources.
- Keep campaign records, performance reports, and planning documents accurate and up to date.
What You'll Bring
We are looking for someone with experience managing marketing work and the judgement to decide what deserves attention first.
You should have:
- Professional experience in marketing management, digital marketing, campaign management, or a related field.
- Experience planning campaigns and coordinating work across creative or marketing teams.
- An understanding of digital advertising, content marketing, email campaigns, and social media.
- The ability to interpret campaign data and use it to guide decisions.
- Experience managing budgets, timelines, and multiple projects.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence presenting marketing results and explaining recommendations.
- Good organisation and attention to detail.
- The ability to handle changing priorities while keeping agreed deadlines in view.
Experience with Google Analytics, advertising platforms, marketing automation software, or reporting dashboards is useful.
What to Expect in the Role
You'll be expected to explain campaign performance accurately, raise concerns when results or deadlines fall short of expectations, and give the team clear direction on next steps. Recommendations should be based on available evidence, with campaign decisions reviewed as new results come in.
