About the Role:

Kebeco Travel and International Services supports customers and partners through digital travel products, booking solutions, international services, and technology enabled customer experiences.

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who can take ownership of product strategy, roadmap development, commercial performance, and cross functional delivery across travel and digital service platforms.

You will work closely with technology, design, commercial, customer experience, operations, and partnership teams to turn business goals and customer needs into clear product priorities. This role is suited to someone who can balance customer experience, technical feasibility, commercial value, and delivery speed.

Why Work With Us?

Product Ownership: You will have meaningful responsibility for product direction, roadmap priorities, and the development of important digital travel services.

Commercial Impact: Your decisions will directly influence customer experience, conversion, retention, operational efficiency, and revenue performance.

Cross Functional Environment: You will work closely with technology, design, commercial, operations, customer service, and partnership teams.

Professional Growth: You will have opportunities to strengthen your experience in product strategy, travel technology, commercial planning, and digital service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy: Define and maintain product priorities that support customer needs, commercial objectives, and long term business growth.

Roadmap Management: Build and manage product roadmaps across travel platforms, booking journeys, customer services, and operational tools.

Product Delivery: Work with design and engineering teams to move initiatives from discovery and planning through development, testing, launch, and continuous improvement.

Customer Experience: Use customer feedback, behavioural data, research, and service insights to identify opportunities to improve digital journeys.

Commercial Performance: Monitor conversion, revenue, engagement, retention, booking performance, and other relevant product measures.

Prioritisation: Evaluate competing requirements and make clear decisions about which initiatives should be delivered first.

Stakeholder Management: Communicate product priorities, delivery progress, risks, and decisions clearly to business stakeholders and external partners.

Product Discovery: Lead discovery activities to understand customer problems, business requirements, market opportunities, and potential solutions.

Cross Functional Coordination: Align technology, design, commercial, operations, and customer teams around shared product goals.

Performance Reporting: Prepare regular product updates, roadmap reviews, performance summaries, and recommendations for management.

Continuous Improvement: Review launched products and identify opportunities to improve usability, service quality, operational efficiency, and commercial outcomes.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience: At least 6 years of experience in product management, travel technology, ecommerce, digital services, software products, or a related environment.

Product Leadership: Proven experience managing product roadmaps, priorities, requirements, and cross functional delivery.

Digital Knowledge: Strong understanding of digital platforms, online customer journeys, booking systems, ecommerce, and software development.

Commercial Awareness: Good understanding of revenue, conversion, customer acquisition, retention, and product performance.

Analytical Skills: Confident using product data, customer insights, market information, and performance measures to support decisions.

Stakeholder Skills: Able to work effectively with designers, engineers, commercial teams, operations teams, and external partners.

Organisation: Excellent planning and prioritisation skills with the ability to manage several product initiatives and competing deadlines.

Problem Solving: Strong ability to break down complex product challenges and develop practical solutions.

Communication: Strong written and verbal English communication skills with the ability to explain product decisions clearly and professionally.

Mindset: You are customer focused, commercially aware, analytical, and decisive. You know when to investigate a problem in greater detail, when to challenge assumptions, and when to make a clear decision to keep product delivery moving forward.
