Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our innovative technology team. In this role, you will lead the development of scalable, high-performance software solutions that drive our core business operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy robust applications leveraging modern programming languages, frameworks, and cloud infrastructure. Duties

• Lead the design and implementation of complex software systems using best practices in system architecture and design patterns.
• Develop and maintain scalable web applications utilizing JavaScript frameworks such as React or Angular, along with backend technologies like Ruby on Rails, Java, or Python.
• Build and optimize RESTful APIs to facilitate seamless communication between services and external integrations.
• Architect microservices-based solutions on cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure, ensuring high availability and scalability.
• Collaborate within Agile teams to plan sprints, participate in code reviews, and continuously improve development processes through CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub, SVN, or Git.
• Implement security best practices including RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Contribute to system design discussions for large-scale applications involving SQL databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL and NoSQL options where appropriate.

Experience

• Proven experience in software engineering with a focus on web development, system design for scalable systems, and application development across multiple programming languages including Node, Java, Python, C#.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components such as Linux servers, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and networking principles.
• Hands-on experience with RESTful API development, microservices architecture, and designing for scalability.
• Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies and tools such as GitHub, SVN, or Git for version control; experience with CI/CD pipelines is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of software design patterns, system security (including RBAC), and best practices in software testing and deployment.
• Prior involvement in front-end development using JavaScript frameworks like React or Express.js is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and delivering high-quality solutions.

Pay: $152,000.00 - $256,000.00 per year
