Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior UX Designer to lead the design and development of innovative digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. Duties
- Lead end-to-end UX design projects by gathering requirements, conducting user research, and translating insights into engaging wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, data analysts, and stakeholders to define project scope, prioritize features, and align on design strategies within Agile workflows.
- Develop detailed user flows, information architecture, and interaction models to optimize usability across diverse platforms including web applications and mobile devices.
- Create high-fidelity prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, or Zeplin to communicate design concepts clearly and facilitate stakeholder feedback.
- Conduct usability testing, A/B testing, and data analysis using tools such as Google Analytics 360 or Adobe Analytics to refine designs based on user behavior insights.
- Ensure all designs adhere to accessibility standards (web accessibility) and incorporate best practices in responsive web design for seamless experiences on various devices.
- Lead UX prototyping efforts utilizing rapid prototyping techniques with HTML/CSS/JavaScript knowledge for interactive demonstrations and validation.
Skills
- Extensive experience in UI/UX design for digital products with a strong portfolio demonstrating human-centered design solutions.
- Proficiency in front-end development languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, React Express, or similar frameworks.
- Deep understanding of interaction design principles including motion graphics, information architecture, user flows, layout design, and visual design.
- Skilled in wireframing tools (Balsamiq, Axure), graphic software (Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop and Illustrator), and prototyping platforms (Figma, Adobe XD).
- Knowledge of product development methodologies such as Agile and SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), with experience leading UX projects from conception through delivery.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data visualization techniques using SQL or data analysis tools like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
- Familiarity with web technologies including RESTful APIs, WordPress, Bootstrap frameworks, Drupal or SharePoint for integrated digital solutions.
- Excellent communication skills for requirements gathering, user research for product design, stakeholder presentations, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Commitment to accessibility in interaction design (web accessibility standards) and developing responsive web projects for mobile applications on various devices.
