About the Role

Cylabz Digital Solutions is looking for a skilled, analytical, and results-driven SEO Analyst / SEO Executive to join our growing digital marketing team.

We are looking for someone who understands both traditional Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and the evolving landscape of AI-powered search, including Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and AI Search Visibility.

The ideal candidate should be capable of developing and executing SEO strategies that improve organic traffic, keyword rankings, brand visibility, and qualified lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

Plan and execute On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO strategies.
Conduct advanced keyword research, search intent analysis, and competitor research.
Perform detailed website audits and resolve technical SEO issues.
Optimize website structure, content, metadata, internal linking, and URLs.
Develop high-quality backlink strategies, including ethical outreach and digital PR.
Improve website crawling, indexing, Core Web Vitals, and overall search performance.
Manage local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization.

AI SEO, GEO & AEO

Research and implement Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies.
Optimize content for AI-powered search experiences, including Google AI Overviews and AI assistants.
Apply Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) techniques to improve content discoverability.
Understand how Large Language Models (LLMs) retrieve, interpret, and reference online information.
Improve content structure, entity relevance, topical authority, and semantic SEO.
Implement appropriate structured data and schema markup.
Monitor brand mentions, citations, and visibility across relevant AI search platforms.
Explore emerging AI search trends and integrate practical improvements into SEO strategies.

Analytics & Performance

Monitor organic traffic, keyword rankings, conversions, and search visibility.
Work with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console (GSC), and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
Track SEO performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Prepare weekly and monthly SEO performance reports.
Develop data-driven strategies focused on organic growth and qualified leads.

Content & Website Optimization

Collaborate with content writers to develop SEO-friendly website content and blogs.
Create keyword mapping and content optimization plans.
Optimize WordPress websites and landing pages.
Identify content gaps and develop topical content strategies.
Support website improvements that enhance user experience and conversion rates.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO.
Good understanding of Google Search algorithms and ranking factors.
Experience with Google Search Console, GA4, and GTM.
Familiarity with SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or similar SEO tools.
Knowledge of WordPress and basic HTML/CSS.
Understanding of Schema Markup, Core Web Vitals, and Technical SEO audits.
Awareness of AI SEO, GEO, AEO, and emerging search technologies.
Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and reporting abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

2+ years of practical SEO experience.
Previous digital marketing agency experience is preferred.
Experience managing multiple client SEO projects.
Familiarity with AI-assisted SEO workflows and automation tools.
Experience in international SEO, particularly UAE/GCC markets, is an advantage.
Demonstrated experience improving organic visibility, traffic, or conversions.
