Job Summary
We are looking for an SEO Project Coordinator who can effectively coordinate SEO projects, communicate with clients, and ensure projects are completed smoothly and on time. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, strong coordination abilities, and a good understanding of SEO.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage SEO projects from start to completion.
- Communicate with clients regularly and understand their requirements.
- Handle client queries, updates, feedback, and follow-ups professionally.
- Coordinate with SEO teams to ensure timely execution of project activities.
- Track project progress, deliverables, and deadlines.
- Ensure tasks are assigned and completed as per project requirements.
- Prepare and share project updates and performance reports with clients.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure smooth communication.
- Identify project-related issues and coordinate with the relevant teams for resolution.
- Ensure SEO strategies and deliverables are aligned with client objectives.
Requirements
- 6 Months – 4 Years of experience in SEO, SEO project coordination, or a similar role.
- Good understanding of SEO concepts and processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong client-handling and relationship-management skills.
- Good project coordination and time-management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Good follow-up and team coordination skills.
- Candidates with immediate joining availability will be preferred.
Work Location: On-Site, Mohali, Punjab
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
