Key Responsibilities
- Prepare export documents including:
- Other documents as required by customers and regulatory authorities.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, airlines, CHA and customers for smooth shipment execution.
- Prepare and submit documentation required for customs clearance and export shipments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in commerce, business administration, logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in export documentation (preferably in the pharmaceutical industry).
- Fresher also can apply
- Knowledge of international shipping procedures and Incoterms.
- Familiarity with Letter of Credit (LC) documentation.
- Understanding of customs procedures, DGFT regulations, and export compliance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and ERP systems.

- Good communication and coordination abilities.
