About the role: We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and motivated Trainee Analyst to join our Bangalore (JP Nagar) team. This role offers an opportunity to build a strong foundation in financial operations, supporting end-to-end loan settlement processes within a structured, high-performance environment. You will play a critical role in ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to regulatory and internal compliance standards, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless outcomes. What You'll Do: Manage the disbursal and collection of loan documentation with precision Review and verify documents in line with banking and compliance standards Perform reconciliations and maintain accurate settlement records Ensure timely updates across trackers and internal systems Adhere to AML, CTF, and internal risk and compliance frameworks Deliver within defined SLAs and reporting timelines Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve queries effectively What You'll Bring: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business, or a related discipline Strong attention to detail with a high standard of accuracy Working knowledge of MS Excel and data handling Clear communication skills with fluent English Ability to manage multiple tasks within structured processes A proactive mindset with a strong willingness to learn and grow Australian shift timings (3:00–4:00 AM start, Mon–Fri) Key benefits: Collaborative teams – a flat structure means everyone can learn from colleagues and senior leaders around the business.
