Do you have a passion for driving client success and fostering strong relationships? We are looking for a motivated and skilled **Account Executive** to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in managing customer inquiries, supporting business growth, and contributing to the success of our clients through exceptional service and effective communication.### **What You'll Do…**
* The primary task of a accounts executive is to handle queries/tasks received from customers/stakeholders and/or assigned to them by their supervisors * He / She must show the willingness to learn new things every time and then * To accept direction / responsibility and maintain performance levels as per the Key Performance Indicators (KPI) assigned by the supervisor * To be open to take additional responsibilities of training colleagues * Consults with others on problems and activities; collects information from a range of sources to assist and guide job activities; asks effective questions to obtain information to help him/her perform their job * Takes accountability for delivering on commitments; owns mistakes and uses them as opportunities for learning and development; openly discusses his/her actions and their consequences both good and bad * Aggressively pursues challenging goals and objectives; will to put in considerable time and effort to accomplish objectives; takes a highly focused, goal driven approach toward work
### **What You’ll Need…**
* At least a bachelor’s degree in Accounts * Minimum 1 years of experience in Accounting * MUST be willing to work in all shifts including night * Experience of transition handling is preferred * Ability to perform multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines. * Demonstrate attitude for learning/Innovation and apply to solve problem in system * Able to work under pressure, positive attitude towards teamwork and good responsibility * Be able to work in shift and multicultural working environment * Travel overseas may be required on occasion as business need
