Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Manager to oversee the complete HR function for our logistics business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, statutory compliance, payroll coordination, and performance management. The candidate should be capable of managing both office staff and operational workforce while ensuring a productive and compliant work environment.
Key Responsibilities:-
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for office, warehouse, and field staff.
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
Coordinate payroll inputs with the accounts/payroll team.
Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory regulations, and company HR policies.
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
Conduct employee induction, engagement activities, and retention initiatives.
Support performance appraisal, training, and employee development programs.
Prepare monthly HR reports, manpower planning, and HR MIS.
Monitor employee attendance, attrition, and workforce productivity.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support business objectives.
Key Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of HR operations and labour law compliance.
Experience in recruitment and employee lifecycle management.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage employee relations and resolve workplace issues.
Hands-on experience with MS Office and HRMS software.
Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Company will shift from East Delhi to Okhla so candidate must be comfortable in travelling to okhla
