Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated React + Java Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in modern front-end development using React.js, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS, combined with experience building cloud-native, secure, and high-performing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop responsive, intuitive, and user-friendly web applications using React.js, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.● Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices using Java, Spring Boot, and other backend frameworks.● Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, QA, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.● Write clean, maintainable, and testable code while adhering to coding standards and best practices.● Participate in code reviews, debugging, performance tuning, and production support activities.● Integrate applications with databases, cloud services, and third-party systems.● Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, DevOps automation, and cloud development practices.● Ensure application security, scalability, and reliability through sound design and implementation practices.
Required Skills
- 7+ years of experience in Full Stack Development.● Strong proficiency in React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern front-end development practices.● Hands-on experience with Java 8+, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices architecture.● Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, or MongoDB.● Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile software development methodologies.● Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with Azure Cloud services, including:○ App Services○ AKS○ Azure Functions○ Azure DevOps● Strong understanding of microservices, distributed systems, and event-driven architectures.● Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized application deployments.● Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and DevOps practices.● Knowledge of OAuth2, OpenID Connect, JWT, and modern authentication/authorization mechanisms.● Experience with testing frameworks such as JUnit, Mockito, Jest, Cypress, or Playwright.● Exposure to API gateways, Grafana, logging, and performance optimization.● Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Application Insights, Prometheus, Grafana, or Splunk.● Prior experience working in Azure environments with globally distributed teams.● Microsoft Azure, Java, or React-related certificationsare a plus.
Domain Experience
- Experience with application/API ecosystem.● Knowledge of Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) processes and workflows.● Prior domain experience in the healthcare/insurance domain, with an understanding of healthcare claims, adjudication, eligibility, benefits, and compliance requirements.
