We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities in our manufacturing unit. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing statutory compliance, assisting in audits, and supporting overall financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day accounting entries (Purchase, Sales, Journal, Payment, Receipt, etc.) in Tally or ERP system
- Maintain records of all financial transactions
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable, ensure timely payments and collections
- Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts
- Prepare GST returns, TDS filing, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of books
- Maintain stock accounting and coordinate with inventory teams
- Support in internal and statutory audits
- Coordinate with CA firm and tax consultants for filings and compliance
- Generate and analyze financial reports as required by management
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing company
- Proficient in Tally ERP accounting software
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and other tax regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Basic understanding of cost accounting and inventory valuation
Preferred Attributes:
- Experience in handling factory accounts and raw material costing
- Knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)
- Familiar with E-way bills, E-invoicing, and compliance portals
- Important key skills for accounts
