We are seeking a detail\-oriented and experienced **Accounts Executive** to manage day\-to\-day accounting activities in our manufacturing unit. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing statutory compliance, assisting in audits, and supporting overall financial operations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Handle day\-to\-day accounting entries (Purchase, Sales, Journal, Payment, Receipt, etc.) in Tally or ERP system * Maintain records of all financial transactions * Monitor accounts payable and receivable, ensure timely payments and collections * Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts * Prepare GST returns, TDS filing, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements * Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of books * Maintain stock accounting and coordinate with inventory teams * Support in internal and statutory audits * Coordinate with CA firm and tax consultants for filings and compliance * Generate and analyze financial reports as required by management
**Key Skills \& Qualifications:**
* B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent * Minimum 2\-5 years of experience in a manufacturing company * Proficient in **Tally ERP accounting software** * Good knowledge of **GST, TDS, and other tax regulations** * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills * Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines * Basic understanding of cost accounting and inventory valuation
**Preferred Attributes:**
* Experience in handling **factory accounts and raw material costing** * Knowledge of **MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)** * Familiar with **E\-way bills, E\-invoicing, and compliance portals** * **Important key skills for accounts** * **Accounting \& Financial Knowledge** * **Tally software ka knowledge**
