WE ARE HIRING – JR. QUALITY ENGINEER
Location : Vasai East
Experience : 2–3 Years
Salary : ₹22,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Working Hours : 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Jr. Quality Engineer to join our Quality Department.
Key Responsibilities :
- Maintain daily incoming inspection reports and quality records.
- Monitor in-process inspection reports and daily defects on each machine.
- Monitor machine maintenance check sheets.
- Prepare PDIR reports as per customer requirements.
- Assist the Quality Head in new product development.
- Record life cycle test data and share reports with the team.
- Monitor daily dispatch and rejection data and coordinate for improvement.
- Conduct incoming material testing and maintain records.
- Perform in-process inspections as per required specifications.
- Prepare and maintain Pre-Dispatch Inspection (PDI) reports.
- Participate in sample development activities.
- Conduct endurance testing and maintain test records.
- Coordinate with the QC team for rejection analysis and corrective actions.
- Maintain production and rejection data.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team to resolve machine breakdown issues.
- Maintain machine utilisation data and share reports with the QC team.
Required Skills :
- Knowledge of quality inspection and testing procedures.
- Understanding of incoming, in-process and final inspection.
- Knowledge of rejection analysis and quality documentation.
Good reporting and data management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
- Good coordination and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
