**Key Responsibilities:**
* Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other recruitment channels. * Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates as per job requirements. * Conduct initial telephonic and HR interviews. * Schedule and coordinate interviews with department heads and hiring managers. * Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding. * Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports. * Coordinate with candidates for offer rollout and joining formalities. * Ensure timely closure of open positions as per business requirements.
**Requirements:**
* Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred). * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Basic knowledge of MS Office and recruitment portals. * Ability to work in a target\-oriented and fast\-paced environment. * Prior recruitment experience will be an added advantage.
