Job Summary

We are seeking a creative, analytical, and results\-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to generate quality leads, enhance brand visibility, and improve online conversions. This role requires expertise in paid advertising, social media management, content creation, SEO, and website performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals. * Plan, create, publish, and manage engaging content across all social media platforms. * Design and execute paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook \& Instagram), LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms. * Monitor campaign performance and optimize budgets to maximize ROI and lead generation. * Manage Search Engine Optimization (SEO) activities, including on\-page, off\-page, technical SEO, and keyword research. * Improve website rankings, organic traffic, and search visibility. * Coordinate with designers, content writers, photographers, and videographers to create compelling marketing content. * Plan and manage social media calendars, campaigns, and promotional activities. * Analyze website and campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console. * Generate regular reports on campaign performance, website traffic, conversions, and key marketing metrics. * Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and competitor activities. * Work closely with the sales and design teams to generate high\-quality leads and support business growth. * Manage online brand reputation and ensure consistency across all digital platforms.

Required Skills

* Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid media platforms. * Hands\-on experience with SEO, SEM, keyword research, backlink strategies, and website optimization. * Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and other marketing analytics tools. * Experience in content planning, social media management, and campaign execution. * Understanding of lead generation, conversion optimization, and marketing automation. * Basic knowledge of WordPress or CMS platforms. * Excellent communication, creativity, analytical thinking, and project management skills.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field. * 4–8 years of relevant experience in performance marketing, preferably in the interior design, architecture, real estate, or home décor industry.

Preferred Qualifications

* Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications. * Experience managing high\-budget digital campaigns with measurable ROI. * Strong portfolio demonstrating successful lead generation and digital marketing campaigns.
