Understand role requirements for B2B international markets, distributors, dealers, and turnkey project sales. 3\. Source candidates with experience in Africa, South America, the Middle East, CIS, and South Asia. 4\. Work closely with top management to understand international growth plans. 5\. Prepare and refine job descriptions for international marketing roles. 6\. Manage the complete hiring cycle: Sourcing, Screening, Interviews, offer negotiation, joining \& onboarding. 7\. Coordinate with recruitment consultants, overseas agents, and placement firms if required. 8\. Assess candidates on international sales exposure, Market knowledge, Communication \& negotiation skills, Cultural adaptability, Distributor \& dealer management experience. 9\. Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process. 10\. Support documentation, offer letters, and appointment processes.
