Assess candidates on international sales exposure, Market knowledge, Communication & negotiation skills, Cultural adaptability, Distributor & dealer management experience. 9. Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process. 10. Support documentation, offer letters, and appointment processes.
