Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage projects from initiation to completion.
- Attend regular site meetings along with the Architects and client representatives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and architects addressing their inquiries, providing updates on project progress, and ensuring that their requirements are met.
- Coordinate and collaborate effectively with the client's electrical team, carpenters, HVAC technicians and other agencies to get the clearance required for the installations.
- Work closely with internal teams, including designers, technicians, and subcontractors, to ensure seamless coordination and execution of project activities.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure that installations and integrations meet industry standards and client expectations.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, technical specifications, and installation records.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a project coordinator, preferably in the KNX industry.
- Strong technical background in Electrical, IoT Automation, KNX systems, CCTV, access control, and networking.
- Ability to work independently and to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with building automation systems and smart home technology.
- Must be ready to travel to project sites and attend client meetings as required.
- Valid 2 wheeler driver's license and bike.
