\*Job Summary\*

Shreepad Construction Company is looking for dynamic and result\-oriented Relationship Managers with experience in Banking and Real Estate Sales. The candidate will be responsible for handling client relationships, generating sales opportunities, managing customer queries, and assisting clients throughout the property buying process.

Candidates from banking, home loan, insurance, wealth management, and real estate backgrounds will be preferred.

\*Key Responsibilities\*

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners

Handle customer inquiries related to residential and commercial properties

Generate leads through references, networking, and client follow\-ups

Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and investment benefits to customers

Coordinate site visits and property presentations

Assist clients in home loan and documentation processes

Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets

Maintain regular follow\-up with prospective buyers

Update customer records and sales activities in CRM

Coordinate with sales, marketing, and backend teams for smooth customer handling

Develop long\-term customer relationships for repeat and referral business

\*Preferred Candidate Profile\*

\*Experience in\*:Banking Sales, Relationship Management, Home Loan Sales, Real Estate Sales, Insurance or Financial Product Sales.

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Presentable personality with customer\-handling ability

Target\-oriented and self\-motivated

Good knowledge of sales processes and client servicing

Basic understanding of home loans and financial documentation is preferred

Graduate / MBA preferred

Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply

15,000 to 40,000 or negotiable as per the last package.
