Job Description
Job Title: Full Stack Developer
Location: Exton,PA (Onsite)
Key responsibilities:
- Be heavily involved with design and product teams to understand needs, propose features, create early prototypes and transform them into exciting experiences.
- Design new, secure, and reliable features that drive best customer experience.
- Know how to integrate information between multiple services.
- Write clean, maintainable code with unit tests, logs, metrics while adhering to industry best practices.
- Deep dive into client or server systems to optimize for performance, maintainability, extensibility, and more as needed.
- Identify feature enhancement opportunities.
- Work with multiple services end to end.
- Work alongside other engineers to deliver solutions.
- Provide continuous updates to leadership and stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software bugs and production issues.
Required Soft Skills:
- Should be able to communicate proactively and clearly with stakeholders.
- Work in dynamic and fast paced environment.
- Take full ownership of task end to end with resolving ambiguities and doing deep dives.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex software challenges.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Fluent in programming languages such as java, typescript and react.
- 4+ years of Full stack development including frontend and backend applications.
- Experience with AWS resources like lambda, ECS, etc.
Experience With python with pandas and numpy
- Experience designing or architecting (design patterns, reliability, and scaling) of new and existing systems
- Experience with full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
