About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and driven Management Trainee to work closely with the
D2C team across growth, customer experience, and business operations.
The role requires a combination of analytical thinking, strong communication,
coordination, and hands-on execution. The candidate will report directly to the Head of
D2C and work with multiple teams to identify business opportunities, solve problems,
improve customer experience, and drive initiatives from planning to execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse customer and business data to identify opportunities to improve
acquisition, conversion, retention, and overall business growth.
- Track key business metrics, identify performance gaps, and translate insights into
actionable initiatives.
- Work on customer engagement, retention, and reactivation initiatives to improve
customer lifetime value.
- Understand customer feedback and pain points, identify recurring issues, and
coordinate with relevant teams to improve customer experience.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer support,
supply chain, technology, and finance, to ensure smooth execution of business
initiatives.
- Take ownership of business projects and drive them end-to-end, from identifying
the problem and planning solutions to implementation and performance review.
- Identify operational bottlenecks, follow up with stakeholders, and drive timely
resolution of issues.
- Prepare business reports, dashboards, and performance trackers to support
decision-making.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure clarity,
alignment, and timely execution.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement, take initiative, and follow through on
tasks without requiring constant supervision.
