The Head of Project Management is responsible for the successful delivery of the Gas Services Asia Pacific projects and the leadership of the regional Project Management organization. The role leads a team of Project Managers and is accountable for project execution performance across safety, quality, delivery, customer satisfaction and profitability. The position drives execution excellence both strategically and operationally, develops project management capabilities across the region and ensures consistent application of Siemens Energy project management standards and methodologies. As a member of the GS AP Leadership Team, the Head of Project Management contributes to the regional business strategy and works closely with Sales, Operations, Finance, EHS and other functions to achieve business objectives. How You’ll Make an Impact Lead the GS AP Project Management Organization Lead, develop and coach the regional team of Project Managers as well as build a high-performance organization focused on customer success, accountability and execution excellence

• Drive talent management, succession planning and capability development within the Project Management function as well as foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration and ownership
• Own Regional Project Portfolio Performance Accountable for the successful execution of the GS AP project portfolio as well as ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, at the required quality standards and in line with contractual commitments
• Drive project profitability through disciplined execution, risk management and governance as well as support recovery plans and management attention for critical or underperforming projects
• Drive Project Management Excellence Establish and maintain a consistent project management framework across the region as well as ensure effective application of Siemens Energy project management processes, tools and governance
• Promote lessons learned, standardization and best-practice sharing across projects as well as drive structural improvements in project planning, forecasting, risk management and execution discipline
• Business Leadership Serve as an active member of the GS AP Leadership Team as well as contribute to regional business strategy and execution planning
• Partner with Sales, Service Operations, Engineering, Finance and EHS leaders to improve business performance as well as support strategic growth initiatives and major customer opportunities from an execution perspective
• Customer & Stakeholder Management Maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders as well as support resolution of major project escalations and customer concerns
• Act as executive sponsor for selected strategic projects as well as represent GS AP on project execution and delivery-related topics What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or a related discipline
• 12+ years of experience in project management, project execution, engineering or service operations
• Significant experience managing large customer-facing projects within energy, industrial or infrastructure environments as well as proven track record leading Project Managers and delivering complex project portfolios
• Experience operating in a matrix and multinational environment as well as successful track record of leading manager of managers and organization size of over 20+ persons
• Strong people leadership and talent development capabilities as well as ability to build and lead high-performing teams
• Ability to influence across functions and organizational boundaries, strong decision-making and stakeholder-management skills as well as Business Acumen Strong understanding of project profitability drivers
• Experience with project governance, risk management and portfolio oversight as well as strong commercial awareness and customer orientation
• Ability to translate business objectives into execution plans, Key Success Measures Project profitability improved as well as Project delivery performance improved
• Customer satisfaction improved, reduction in project execution risks and escalations as well as reduction in NCCs
• Strong succession pipeline within the Project Management organization as well as increased maturity and consistency of project management practices across GS AP
