The Project Manager (PM) will be responsible for planning and overseeing less complex capital projects and/or assist a Regional PM, SR Manager, the VP or director in the management of more complex capital projects. The PM will support the Construction & Infrastructure department by performing various duties and initiatives which include but are not limited to managing the execution of assigned projects and managing architects and engineers in the design phase to develop project requirements, schematic designs, and construction documents within approved budgets. Preparing bid documents and negotiating contracts with general contractors and/or vendors, updating stakeholders on the construction status, conducting routine site visits to review progress, and facilitating efforts for successful project closeout. The PM will perform most of these duties under the supervision or in concert with the director, VP, Sr Manager or a Regional PM.
