**Job Overview**
We are seeking an experienced and detail\-oriented Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive construction knowledge, and proficiency in project management software. This role involves coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring all work adheres to safety standards and client specifications. The Senior Project Manager will play a pivotal role in delivering high\-quality projects on time and within budget, contributing to the company's reputation for excellence in construction management.
**Duties**
* Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget. * Develop and review project schedules using Primavera P6 and other construction management software. * Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide project execution. * Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to facilitate smooth communication and workflow. * Prepare detailed construction estimates utilizing HeavyBid and other estimating tools. * Manage procurement processes, including sourcing materials and negotiating contracts. * Oversee safety compliance on\-site, conducting regular inspections to uphold safety standards. * Monitor project progress through construction estimating software like ProCore and Bluebeam. * Address project issues promptly by implementing effective problem\-solving strategies. * Maintain comprehensive documentation of project activities, changes, and communications for accountability.
**Skills**
* Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings. * Proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Civil 3D, and HeavyBid. * Experience with construction estimating processes and tools. * Demonstrated ability in project management within the construction industry. * Extensive construction experience with a solid understanding of civil engineering principles. * Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects effectively. * Strong leadership qualities with the ability to coordinate diverse teams and stakeholders. * Familiarity with construction safety protocols and regulatory compliance standards.
