We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support the development and implementation of Customer Data Platform (CDP) solutions across Europe. Your tasks

Gathering and documenting business and functional requirements for CDP solutions

Translating business needs into data and system requirements

Defining requirements related to customer segmentation, audience targeting, eligibility, and campaign activation/personalization

Mapping business processes, data flows, and dependencies to ensure alignment between teams

Preparing acceptance criteria for project deliverables

Supporting refinement sessions, testing, and UAT to ensure successful implementation of solutions

Coordinating requirements between European markets and global teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness
Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in CRM, Loyalty, Customer Data, Personalization, or MarTech projects

Hands-on experience with customer data and marketing processes

Excellent communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders

Strong understanding of business and marketing needs, as well as data and technology

Advanced level of both English and Polish

Availability for hybrid work (3 days a week from the office)
