This role involves rebuilding existing products from the ground up with an AI-first approach, utilizing advanced methodologies and tools. You will work in a hybrid mode from Wroclaw, collaborating with a team of AI/software engineers to deliver innovative solutions. Orchestrating AI agents across the full software development lifecycle, from code analysis to testing and deployment

Leveraging Claude and other generative AI tools for code analysis, refactoring, debugging, and development automation

Modernizing and refactoring C#/.NET applications, including .NET MAUI and Android components

Reviewing and validating AI-generated code to ensure quality, security, performance, and compliance with coding standards

Integrating AI-assisted development into engineering workflows, including automated testing, code reviews, version control, and CI/CD

Minimum 5 years of experience in software development with a strong focus on C# and .NET

Proficiency in .NET MAUI and Android development

Deep understanding of AI methodologies and experience orchestrating AI agents across the SDLC

Experience with code modernization, refactoring, and working with legacy codebases

Availability to work in a hybrid model, 2 days per week from the office in Wrocław
