Your tasks

Configure and develop solutions using ServiceNow CSM, FSO, and App Engine modules

Design and implement workflows using Flow Designer

Develop platform components including Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Workspaces, and Dashboards

Build and maintain integrations using IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, Spokes, and middleware technologies

Connect ServiceNow with cloud platforms and external systems, including Azure and AWS

Implement automation solutions, data synchronization, and orchestration processes across platforms

Perform unit, system, and integration testing while resolving identified defects

Support deployments, CI/CD activities, environment migrations, and post-production issue resolution
Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development

Deep expertise in ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) and Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification

Hands-on experience with App Engine and building workflows using Flow Designer

Practical knowledge of integrations using IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware

Strong understanding of testing methodologies and experience in unit, system, and integration testing

Proficiency in managing deployment processes and CI/CD practices

Advanced level of English
