Responsibilities
- Lead operations management and business management across functions, setting priorities and tracking progress against strategic plans.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance, including profit and loss analysis; share clear insights with executive leadership.
- Direct business development management and program and project management to advance organizational priorities.
- Lead operational excellence initiatives, process improvement, and large-scale organizational change management.
- Build and supervise senior leadership teams, communicate decisions with executives, and foster accountability.
