My Plumber Plus is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sewer Sales Representative to join our award-winning team in Manassas, VA. This is an exciting opportunity for a proven sales professional who understands residential sewer and drain systems and knows how to turn technical findings into solutions customers can feel confident about.
You'll use your technical knowledge, communication skills, and ability to close sales to help homeowners understand their options while building lasting customer relationships.

What You'll Do
- Inspect residential sewer and drain systems using video camera technology and other diagnostic equipment.
- Identify system issues and present customers with clear, effective service solutions.
- Build rapport and trust by educating homeowners on their options and providing transparent recommendations.
- Generate sales and achieve revenue goals while maintaining high standards of professionalism.
- Build lasting relationships with new and existing customers.
- Guide new customers through the onboarding process.
- Work closely with customer service and dispatch teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Complete all required paperwork accurately and on time.
- Maintain a clean, organized work environment.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay current with products, equipment, and industry trends.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of sales experience, ideally in residential home services, sewer, or drain industries.
- Experience with sewer camera inspections and drain equipment, or the technical aptitude to learn.
- A proven ability to close sales and consistently meet revenue goals.
- Strong communication, organization, and customer relationship-building skills.
- A customer-first mindset with the ability to explain technical issues and solutions clearly.
- A clean driving record and ability to travel to customer locations.
- A collaborative team player who is motivated to learn and continuously improve.
