What You’ll Do

Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps.

Perform maintenance inspections and identify opportunities to improve system performance.

Explain technical issues clearly and present repair and replacement options to homeowners.

Document service findings, recommendations, and completed work accurately.

Follow company service processes, procedures, and quality standards.

Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every call.

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional company vehicle.

Collaborate with dispatch and leadership to ensure efficient service and customer satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For
-
5+ years of residential HVAC service experience.
-
Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and repair skills.

Experience servicing furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related equipment.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Ability to explain technical issues and recommendations in a way homeowners can understand.

Confidence presenting repair and replacement options.

Commitment to quality workmanship, professionalism, and following established processes.

Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented approach.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Preferred Qualifications:

EPA Universal Certification.

NATE Certification.
-
Experience with ServiceTitan.

Experience with maintenance memberships and customer retention.
