Duties & Responsibilities
- Sell, upsell to new and Existing members by Telephone
- Obtain a thorough Knowledge of the products of the Employer
- Provide daily reports on Target Achieved
- Understand and assist with implementing call centre marketing strategy
- Antain contact with Existing customers
- Pro Actively seek out new ways of promoting Employer products
- Vet Lead list
- Accurately capture customer and potential customer detail
Minimum Desired Experience & Qualification
- Matric
- 3 to 5 years sales or customer service experience
