Great at creative design? Technically curious? Enjoy using AI to bring ideas to life?
SingPods creates karaoke pods, rooms and entertainment technology for venues and events. We bring together hardware, software, booking, payments, lighting and media capture to help venues deliver brilliant experiences.
We’re looking for a hands-on creative who enjoys variety: designing great assets, creating content, improving websites and finding clever ways to use AI.
Graphic & design / editing is the foundation of this role. Alongside a strong visual eye, you’ll have an interest in technology and the confidence to explore tools that help a growing business get more done.
Our commercial direction and brand is established. You’ll work directly with the founder and wider team to bring it to life through creative and technical work.
A varied role with realistic priorities
The responsibilities below show the range of projects you could get involved in. We don’t expect you to be an expert in everything or deliver it all at once.
One week, the priority might be launch graphics for a venue.
Another could focus on website improvements, creating social content or building a useful AI workflow.
We want someone with a strong creative foundation who enjoys turning their hand to different things, learning as they go and getting work finished. We’ll agree priorities together and keep the workload realistic for your working hours.
We’re open to full-time or part-time arrangements for the right person, with the scope and pace of delivery shaped around the agreed hours.
What you could get involved in
Create great design
- Design marketing assets for SingPods and our venue partners, including digital screens, posters, menus, promotional materials, presentations and social graphics.
- Adapt campaigns to different venue brands while keeping the SingPods identity consistent.
- Turn product features and commercial messages into clear, compelling visuals.
- Prepare artwork properly for digital use and print.
Help our venues sell the experience
- Work with venue teams to produce assets they can put straight to use.
- Create launch materials, seasonal promotions and content that helps drive bookings.
- Build useful templates in Adobe or Canva so creative can be adapted quickly across multiple locations.
Improve our website and content
- Create and update web pages, landing pages, product content and customer stories.
- Improve copy so people quickly understand what we offer and why it matters.
- Help improve SEO and answer engine optimisation (AEO), making our content easier to find through search engines and AI tools.
- Use AI to help build and improve web experiences, checking the design, accuracy and usability yourself.
Create content and schedule social media
- Turn our photos, footage, installations and customer results into engaging content.
- Put together email automation
- Create graphics, short videos, captions and posts for relevant channels.
- Take content from idea through to publication.
Put AI and Automation to practical use
- Use AI for design, image creation, video, copy, research and website work.
- Explore repeatable workflows that reduce manual work and speed up production.
- Connect tools using platforms such as Zapier or n8n, and explore integrations through tools such as Claude, ChatGPT and MCP servers.
- Spot useful opportunities, test ideas and turn the successful ones into everyday working processes.
What we’re looking for
- A strong graphic design portfolio. You understand layout, typography, branding and visual hierarchy.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, producing polished, editable work.
- Confident use of Canva, including creating branded templates that colleagues and venue partners can adapt.
- Practical experience using AI, with examples of what you have created or improved.
- Technical curiosity: you enjoy learning software, connecting tools and working things out.
- An eye for clear copy and the ability to communicate products in a straightforward, engaging way.
- A willingness to get involved in websites, content and social media alongside design.
- Ownership and initiative: you can take a brief, ask sensible questions and deliver finished work.
- Good judgement about quality, deadlines and where to focus your time.
Webflow experience would be ideal. Familiarity with SEO, automation tools, basic video editing, motion graphics, HTML/CSS or APIs would also be useful. You don’t need to arrive with every one of these skills; we’re interested in your strengths, curiosity and willingness to learn.
How you’ll work
This is a hands-on role where you’ll personally create and deliver the work. You’ll have room to suggest ideas, experiment and improve how we do things, with clear priorities and spending agreed in advance.
You’ll suit this role if you enjoy a mix of creative and technical projects and like seeing your work being used across a business.
How to apply
Send your CV, portfolio and a short introduction, including:
- Design work you personally created.
- An example of how you used AI and agents to produce a finished result.
- Any website, content or automation projects you’d like to show us.

We’re most interested in what you can make, how you solve problems and your enthusiasm for getting involved.
Pay: £34,000.00-£42,000.00 per year
