Key Responsibilities
- Site Management: Oversee all daily site activities, resource allocation, and logistics.
- Timeline Delivery: Track progress against the master schedule and implement recovery plans for delays.
- Subcontractor Coordination: Manage, schedule, and review the performance of multiple specialized trades.
- Quality & Engineering: Interpret drawings and ensure strict Quality Control (QC) compliance.
- HSE Enforcement: Maintain structural safety standards, risk assessments, and environmental compliance.
- Cost Controls: Monitor on-site material waste and manage variations to protect project margins.
Requirements
- Qualifications: Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Site Agent or Site Engineer.
- Skills: Strong leadership, practical problem-solving, and proficiency in project management software.
