YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
- You manage the commercial procurement of Vans & Trucks for France, Spain, and Italy anddrive supplier negotiations end-to-end, from commercial evaluation and cost calculation to final contract agreement
- You analyze market developments, sourcing opportunities, and procurement data to support strategic decisions and continuously improve fleet performance
- You identify optimization potential across pricing, supply setup, and supplier structure, always with a strong commercial mindset
- You act as a key interface between internal stakeholders such as Yield, Pricing, Logistics, and Operations and ensure efficient cross-functional collaboration
- You build and maintain strong supplier relationships and continuously monitor the competitive landscape in your markets
- You contribute to international team initiatives and help further develop scalable, efficient procurement processes across the Van & Truck business
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
- Education You hold a university degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Tourism, Business Informatics, or a comparable field with a commercial or analytical focus
- Experience You have relevant professional experience in procurement, commercial steering, product management, business development, category management, consulting, or a related field. Experience in automotive, mobility, fleet, logistics, or other dynamic industries is a plus
- Commercial & Analytical Skills You combine strong numerical and analytical capabilities with a good sense for business potential, market dynamics, and commercially viable decisions
- Tools You are confident working with Excel and data-based analyses; experience with reporting, dashboards, or planning tools is a plus
- Soft Skills You are hands-on, structured, and proactive with a strong ownership mentality, and you communicate clearly and confidently with international stakeholders – knowing how to align different interests in a fast-paced environment
- Languages You are fluent in English; German, Spanish, Italian, or French are a plus, but not required
