🔹 REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

Residential & Commercial Projects – Mandatory

High-Rise Project experience preferred

Contracting Firm experience preferred

Experience in site quality control and inspection

Knowledge of QA/QC procedures, standards and documentation

Experience in quality inspections, testing and material approvals

Ability to coordinate with site execution and project teams

Good understanding of quality documentation and reports
🔹 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct quality inspections at project sites
-
Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications
-
Monitor material quality, testing and approvals
-
Maintain QA/QC records, checklists and inspection reports
-
Coordinate with site teams for quality-related issues
-
Identify quality deviations and ensure corrective actions
-
Support implementation of project QA/QC procedures
